• Legible copies of all passport pages.
• Letter from employer (if not self-employed).

• Last 6 months’ bank statements for all existing accounts (savings accounts, checking, credit cards, etc.).

• Personal or business reference letters (as appropriate).
• Purchase contract.

• Completed and signed GS Mortgage application.
• Association approval letter (when purchasing shares).
