Clara V. de de la Rosa – Operations Manager

Ten years of banking experience, with a speciality in Operations within the Commercial and Mortgage Divisions. Has assisted local as well as international clients specifically in Legal Proceedings. Bachelors degree in Executive Secretaryship from the Universidad Santa María La Antigua in Panama.

Gabriel Cajar

Eight years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Consultant with three major banks in the United States (Fleet Mortgage, American Home Mortgage, and Bank of America) and four years experience as a Sales Manager for Fleet Mortgage. Three and half years of College background in Business Administration.

Milagros García Cárdenas

One year six months of Customer Services and Quality Analyst Experience and Mortgage Loan Assistance. Over 8 months of Assistance to Foreign Application for a Mortgage Loan, most of them based on the acquisitions on the name of a Corporation. Studying a Degree in Software Developed in the Technologic University of Panama.

Gloria Tejeira – Mortgage Advisor

Ten years of extensive experience in Sales and Customer Service, specifically in the areas of Real Esate, Construction Administration, Communication, and Import and Export. Holds a Bachelors degree in Advertising and Marketing with an emphasis in Sales Management from the Universidad Latina in Panama.

Vielkys Angeel Lao E.

Five years of experience in Sales and Customer Service in areas as development's promotion and assistance administration, Tourism, Credit assistance and Real Estate. And holds a Bachelors degree in Advertising and Marketing with an emphasis in Sales Management from the Universidad Latina in Panama.

Andrés Farrugia G. – CEO

Over 10 years of experience in credit relations management. Has held posts such as Corporate Credit Manager in one of Panama's most prestigious banks as well as General Manager in an international bank represented in Panama. Holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant, both issued by the Universidad de Panamá.

Also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the INCAE Business School. Is a licensed Mortgage Broker certified by the Office of Financial Regulation in Florida, U.S.A. as well as a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association in the U.S.A. and the Panamanian Association of Brokers and Real Estate Promotors.
